I’ve been going to Vita-Care for several months now and I have absolutely no complaints. The service is great! They go out of their way to have my refills in stock in advance if it’s not something they always carry, and the people there are wonderful. I also appreciate the selection of snacks and drinks they keep in stock.
Steve and his staff are so awesome and amazing.. I had my prescriptions transfered from Minneapolis to Houston and steven helped me and gave me options to buy little at a time since I had no insurance here in Houston. So I was able to buy little. This pharmacy is such a blessing. I had to shop around each month just to find places that could fill my prescriptions or didnt have them on backorder. It became such a hassle just to fill my meds on time and It was always stressful for me. My doctor recommended VC and the difference has been amazing. They ALWAYS have everything I need. The pharmacist is super sweet and always so friendly and polite. I dont have to wait in long lines ever and Im just in and out. I drive over 45 mins just to use Vitacare and its worth it. This is hands down the best place to go.
The level of service here is great. The pharmacist is very kind, helpful, and professional. They respond to the phone/email quickly and remember their patients. Their supply of medications also is impressive considering how many shortages you can encounter with certain drugs. I would recommend them to anybody looking to have a better pharmacy experience.
